WGB650

Solid-self-lubricating Bearings advantage

Precautions for use
1.When possible, try to use standard specifications when designing;
2.Please pay attention to whether there are foreign objects on the surface when assembling;
3.After use, the sliding surface is black or gray due to the oil film formed by the solid lubricant. Please do not scrub and use it as usual;
4.Before assembling, if lubricating oil is applied to the grinding parts, the running-in period can be shortened, which is conducive to mechanical operation and operation;
5.When assembling, it should be pressed in slowly and beating is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the bearing and cause deformation;
6.When designing, suitable materials should be selected for different parts in order to improve the mechanical performance and extend the service life of the bearing;
7.In high load, reciprocating motion, it is recommended to use screws to fix;
8. When working in fresh water, sea water and at sea, it is recommended to use stainless steel or Chrome-plated surface.
